By visiting any of our NIKON Owned Websites, we collectnon-personally identifiable information about you, and we may also collectpersonally identifiable information that you provide to us.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that cannot be used to identify youor to contact you and is information not associated with a specific personalidentity. It is information that we collect automatically from you by trackingyour use of our NIKON Owned Websites by using technology and methodology thatenables tracking, such as the use of cookies, and includes but is not limitedto information, such as domain type, browser version, service provider,internet protocol address, time spent and pages visited on our NIKON OwnedWebsites as well as information searched for on our NIKON Owned Websites. NIKON also does not share yourpersonally identifiable information with third parties except we may disclosepersonally identifiable information to companies affiliated with NIKON, such asour parent company, and/or unaffiliated third parties working on our behalf orfor us or with us, such as agents, vendors and suppliers, but only for thepurpose to enable them to fulfill your requests to us for product, services orinformation. All such affiliated and unaffiliated parties who have access topersonally identifiable information are required to keep confidential suchinformation and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out theservices they are performing for NIKON and as otherwise required by law.
