Nikon spotting scopes are an extremely valuable addition to any hunter or shooter’s optics arsenal.

It used to be that only one out of a handful of hunters had a spotting scope in their optics kit. Today that has changed, especially with the advances in optical technology, which has not only made Nikon spotting scopes better but, – when combined with advances in manufacturing – has made them more affordable to every hunter.

Nikon’s full selection of Spotting Scopes includes the Nikon PROSTAFF line of waterproof spotters – Nikon PROSTAFF Scope 65mm objective lens and PROSTAFF Spotting Scope 82mm objective lens models. Available with either straight body or angled body configurations, these high-quality Nikon spotting scopes offer features such as sliding sunshades, Vue-Thru cases, interchangeable eyepieces and the option of getting a scope in an "outfit", with zoom eyepiece, tripod and window mount. The PROSTAFF Spotting Scope series is also available in a Team Realtree variation wrapped in Realtree Hardwoods Green HD camouflage. Multicoated optics, bayonet-style quick-change eyepiece capability and removable peep sight are standard on all models.

Nikon also offers a truly packable spotting scope – the Spotter XLII Scope series. This 16-48-power zoom spotting scope features a slim roof prism design, 60mm objective lens and full rubber armor.
