His interest in athletics didn't allow much time for hunting until an injury in college ended his baseball career. A roommate’s invitation to bow hunt with him and his family led to a passion that burns to this day. Whitetails and turkey are still his favorite, but Ken has also taken elk, antelope, mulies, and other species as well. With hunts in over 25 states and provinces his goal is to one day hunt them all!
Ken has a number of trophies that qualify for the record books, and partner Hal Shaffer attributes that to his drive and determination. You would be hard-pressed to find someone who practices shooting as much, who puts more hours in the stand, or who is willing to walk the miles that Ken does. This determination carries over to his leadership in running the operations of Huntin’ The World TV.
Meeting new people, seeing new places, and watching nature’s wonders are what keeps Ken coming back for more!
